Its 60-inch reinforced stainless steel work surface with a 5-1/2-inch backsplash creates a sturdy, easy-to-clean station while keeping frozen ingredients within reach. The unit features side-mounted refrigeration using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
Access product quickly behind two full and one half-height field rehingeable doors, aligning door swing with your line flow. Electronic controls with a digital display and a hi-low alarm let staff verify temperatures at a glance and respond to fluctuations.
An all-stainless exterior and interior with 6-inch adjustable legs supports daily use and accurate leveling. The 1/2 HP refrigeration system serves pastry stations, garde manger, or batch prep that requires frozen holding next to the work area. cETLus and NSF listed for commercial kitchens.
