With 21 cu. ft. of capacity and three shelves, stage entrees, sides, or banquet trays without crowding. An electronic control with digital display simplifies monitoring, and a hi-low alarm alerts staff to out-of-range conditions to help protect food quality.
Built for daily volume, this unit pairs an aluminum interior and exterior with a stainless steel front and doors for durability and a clean presentation.
