The Continental DL2W-PT-GD-SD Designer Line heated cabinet streamlines service with a pass-thru, two-section configuration and a standard depth cabinet. Placed between prep and plating areas, staff can access product from either side to keep traffic flowing during peak periods. This two-section layout supports organized staging by station while maintaining a standard-depth footprint for busy kitchens.
Built for demanding operations, it features an aluminum exterior and interior with a stainless steel front and doors. Full-height glass doors on the front support visibility and presentation, while full-height stainless steel doors on the rear provide dedicated back-of-house access. An electronic controller with a digital display allows quick monitoring of cabinet settings to align with production and service demands.
