The Continental FA43N-D worktop freezer streamlines your line by pairing a durable 43"W prep surface with frozen storage right where you need it. Use the flat 300 series stainless work top for plating while ingredients stay at temperature below. Stainless front and ends, plus a galvanized rear and grill, stand up to busy commercial kitchens.
Organize pans in two smooth drawers, each sized to hold two 12 x 20 x 6 pans (pans not included), and stage bulk or odd-size items behind the half-height field rehingeable door. Electronic controls help you dial in holding conditions, while off-cycle defrost manages frost between service rushes. Side-mounted refrigeration eases access for routine maintenance.
