Put the Continental FA43SNBS-D shallow-depth worktop freezer where space is at a premium. Its 43-inch width fits tight lines, while the stainless work top with a 6-inch backsplash provides a dedicated prep and plating surface. The base design consolidates frozen storage directly under your workspace.
Organize frozen mise en place in two drawers that each accept a standard 12" x 20" x 6" pan (pans supplied by others), and stage bulk items behind the half-height field-rehingeable door. Electronic control and off-cycle defrost support consistent operation through busy service. Staff can load, swap, and access product quickly without leaving the station.
Built for commercial duty, it features a 300 series stainless work top, stainless front and end panels, a galvanized rear and grill, and an aluminum interior.
