The Continental FA60N-D worktop freezer base streamlines cold storage and prep in a compact 60-inch footprint. A 300 series stainless steel flat work top provides a sturdy workspace while frozen ingredients stay close at hand. Built for busy cooklines, it supports efficient workflow from prep to plating.
Organize mise en place with two full drawers that each accept two 12 x 20 x 6 pans and two narrow drawers that each accept one 12 x 20 x 6 pan (pans supplied by others). A half-height field rehingeable door adds flexible access for bulk items or sheet pans. Use it to stage proteins, pastry components, or banquet garnishes right where you need them.
Electronic controls and off-cycle defrost help maintain consistent temperatures with minimal downtime.
