Optimize line efficiency with the Continental FA60N-U-D undercounter freezer base. Its 60-inch, front-breathing design tucks neatly beneath worktops while side-mounted refrigeration preserves cold temps in tight, high-traffic stations.
Organize prep seamlessly using two full drawers that each accept two 12" x 20" x 6" pans, plus two narrow drawers for one pan each, and a half-height door for bulk items (pans supplied by others). Chefs can stage sauces, proteins, and garnishes at arm’s reach to accelerate service.
Durable stainless steel front, ends, and top with an aluminum interior withstands daily rigors and cleans quickly. Electronic control, off-cycle defrost, R290 refrigerant, and a 1/2 HP system support dependable freezing, while eight plate casters install easily to let teams roll the unit for layout changes or deep cleaning.
