Organize mise en place with two full drawers (each fits two 12" x 20" x 6" pans, supplied by others) and two narrow drawers (each fits one 12" x 20" x 6" pan, supplied by others), plus a half-height, field rehingeable door for bulk items. The aluminum interior and stainless front and end panels stand up to daily use, while the galvanized rear and grill add rugged durability. Off-cycle defrost promotes reliable day-to-day performance.
