Configure your station exactly how you work: two full drawers for 12 x 20 x 6 pans, two narrow drawers for smaller pans, plus a half-height field rehingeable door for bulky items (pans supplied by others). Electronic control streamlines setpoint adjustments while off-cycle defrost helps manage frost between service rushes.
