The Continental FA60SN-U undercounter freezer base brings cold storage exactly where you need it in a shallow-depth, 60-inch footprint. Stage frozen mise en place, proteins, or desserts at the cookline to accelerate service and reduce trips to the walk-in. Front-breathing, side-mounted refrigeration supports performance in tight installations.
Engineered for daily kitchen demands, it features stainless steel front and end panels with a stainless steel top and an aluminum interior. Two full and one half height doors are field rehingeable, allowing you to adjust door swing as your workflow changes. Electronic control with off-cycle defrost streamlines setpoint adjustments and routine frost management.
Eight plate casters mount on heavy-duty support plates and can be field installed to simplify cleaning and layout changes. A 1/2 HP system using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant provides dependable freezing for high-volume service. NSF and cETLus listings make the Continental F
