Stainless steel front and end panels with a galvanized rear and grill pair durability with daily reliability.
Organize high-volume mise en place in four drawers, each designed to hold two 12" x 20" x 6" pans (supplied by others), and access bulk items behind a half-height field rehingeable door. Side-mounted refrigeration powered by a 1/2 HP system with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant helps maintain consistent temperatures on a busy line. Electronic controls and off-cycle defrost simplify operation and routine maintenance.
