Front-breathing, side-mounted refrigeration integrates under cooklines and prep tables without choking airflow. Electronic control and off-cycle defrost support smooth, low-touch operation during rushes.
Durable stainless steel front and end panels with a stainless top pair with an aluminum interior for quick wipe-downs. Two full doors plus one half-height door speed access to frequently used items. Field rehingeable doors let you match openings to your line's flow.
Eight 1-3/8 inch plate casters on heavy-duty support plates roll in for easy field installation and cleaning access. A 1/2 HP system with an expansion valve and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant provides reliable cold storage for batch prep, desserts, and backup proteins.
