The 300 series stainless steel top with a 6-inch backsplash contains splashes while you prep, plate, or stage orders. Four drawers each accommodate two 12" x 20" x 6" pans (pans supplied by others) to keep mise en place within reach.
Side-mounted refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/2 HP system delivers reliable cold at the point of use. Electronic controls and off-cycle defrost help maintain consistent performance during rushes. Ideal for garde manger, pastry stations, and make lines that need frozen components on demand.
A half-height field rehingeable door adds flexible access for bulk items, while durable stainless front/end panels, a galvanized rear and grill, and an aluminum interior simplify cleaning. This freezer base supports efficient workflow from prep to pass, pairing space-saving cold storage
