Streamline your cookline with the Continental FA68SN-U-D undercounter shallow-depth freezer base. At 68 inches wide, it slides beneath worktops to keep frozen ingredients within reach without crowding high-traffic prep areas.
Stage menu components efficiently using four drawers, each sized for one 12 x 20 x 6 pan (supplied by others), while a half-height, field-rehingeable door handles bulk or irregular items. Electronic controls and off-cycle defrost support consistent holding and straightforward operation.
Front-breathing, side-mounted refrigeration simplifies placement against walls or between stations, and the stainless steel exterior with aluminum interior stands up to daily use. R290 refrigerant, a 1/2 HP system, and a standard expansion valve power the refrigeration system. Heavy-duty support plates with eight plate casters make field installation and cleaning access easier, with cETLus and NSF listings for commercial compliance.
