Drive consistent performance with side-mounted, front-breathing refrigeration powered by a 1/2 HP system using eco-friendly R290. Electronic control and off-cycle defrost help maintain target temperatures with minimal intervention, while a factory-standard expansion valve supports quick recovery during rushes.
Keep workflows moving with two full and one half-height field rehingeable doors that adapt to your line layout. Eight plate casters (easily field installed) add mobility for sanitation and service access. Certified cETLus and NSF, this undercounter freezer integrates seamlessly into chef’s lines, prep stations, and production areas.
