A performance-rated, front-breathing refrigeration system with an extra-large balanced evaporator and R290 refrigerant delivers fast recovery and steady holding temps. Electronic controls with a digital display make precise adjustments straightforward for chefs and beverage managers.
Speed service with a continuously cooled beer column and lever faucets that pour cold from the first pint. The 16 cu. ft., low-profile cabinet accommodates two straight wall kegs, and interior lighting helps staff swap kegs and lines quickly. An easily removable stainless steel drip grate and a front-mounted cleanout drainage hose simplify daily cleanup.
Engineered for demanding operations, the black enamel exterior, stainless steel reinforced threshold, and magnetic snap-in door gaskets stand up to constant use, while cylinder-keyed locks protect product. A slide-out condensing unit and louvered grills provide easy access and efficient airflow. A hi-low temperature alarm and NSF certified, cETLus listed compliance support quality control across restaurants, taprooms, and venues.
