Forced-air cooling driven by a 1/3 HP system and eco-friendly R290 refrigerant provides consistent performance. An electronic control with digital display and high/low temperature alarms supports precise monitoring to protect product quality while meeting operational standards. ENERGY STAR certification helps trim utility demand during daily service.
Operators can load up to (12) 13" x 13" x 11" crates or (8) 19" x 13" x 11" crates through the single access, then roll the cabinet into place on 5-inch swivel casters with front locking brakes. A stainless steel top, lid, and door with a cylinder lock enhance durability and security, while a floor drain and reinforced stainless steel interior floor simplify cleanup.
