Engineered for busy makelines, the Continental PA60N-D pizza prep table streamlines high-volume assembly. This 60-inch, two-section unit combines a 300 series stainless steel work top with a 19-inch nylon cutting board to keep dough, sauce, and toppings moving.
Organize ingredients in two high-capacity drawers sized for 12 x 20 x 6 pans (supplied by others) and access bulk items through a half-height, field rehingeable door. Forced-air, side-mounted refrigeration with R290 and electronic control helps maintain consistent product conditions during rushes.
Built for demanding kitchens, it features stainless steel front and ends, an aluminum interior, a hot gas condensate evaporator, and a reversing condenser fan. Ideal for pizzerias, cafeterias, and commissaries that need dependable, ergonomic prep flow and clean presentation across the line.
