Its 32.0 cu ft interior combines six refrigerated drawers—each accommodating two 12" x 20" x 6" pans (pans supplied by others)—with a convenient half-height door for quick access. Organize dough, sauces, and toppings so cooks can build pies and sandwiches without breaking stride.
The 300 series stainless work top and 19" poly cutting board create a sturdy, sanitary station for slicing, topping, and finishing. Staff can stage pans beneath while prepping on the spacious surface to keep service flowing.
A side-mounted, forced-air system circulates consistent cold, while a reversing condenser fan and hot gas condensate evaporator help keep the coil clear and moisture managed.
