Its expansive 118-inch 300 series stainless steel surface with a 6-inch backsplash helps maintain a clean, organized station, while side-mounted refrigeration simplifies access for service.
Chefs and foodservice operators can stage pans, assemble trays, and portion ingredients on the durable worktop, then reach directly into the cold base through (4) full and (1) half-height doors. Field rehingeable doors allow buyers and facility managers to adjust swing to evolving layouts and workflows.
An electronic controller with digital display makes temperature checks fast, and R290 refrigerant with off-cycle defrost supports efficient operation.
