Its 43-inch 300 series stainless steel work top with a 6-inch backsplash resists wear and wipes clean between rushes. Stainless front and ends, a galvanized rear and grill, and an aluminum interior stand up to daily service.
Stage ingredients exactly where you need them. Two drawers each fit one 12" x 20" x 6" pan (pans not included) for organized mise en place, while a half-height, field-rehingeable door offers flexible access to bulk items. Electronic control and off-cycle defrost simplify operation.
Built for tight spaces, this worktop refrigerator uses side-mounted refrigeration with 1/4 HP and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to keep cold close to the line.
