The Continental RA60N-U-D undercounter refrigerated base brings 60 inches of cold storage right to the workflow, keeping prep stations tight and efficient. A front-breathing, side-mounted system lets you park it against walls or equipment without choking airflow, while the stainless steel top doubles as a durable work surface. Chefs and foodservice operators can stage, store, and serve without leaving the line.
Organize ingredients in a mix of drawers and a half-height, field-rehingeable door that adapts to your kitchen layout. Drawer sections accept standard 12 x 20 x 6 pans (supplied by others), helping buyers standardize pans across the facility. An electronic controller with digital display makes it easy to dial in set points and verify temps at a glance.
