Maintain consistent temps with side-mounted, 1/3 HP refrigeration using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, supported by an expansion valve and a hot gas condensate evaporator. An electronic controller with digital display and off-cycle defrost lets crews monitor and tune performance between rushes.
Streamline workflow with a flexible drawer-and-door base and a field-rehingeable door that adapts to your line layout. Durable stainless front and sides, a galvanized back, and an aluminum interior stand up to daily service in delis, pizzerias, cafes, and institutions. NSF and cETLus listed, and made in the USA.
