This 60-inch refrigerated base stages ingredients in (12) 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans below a durable 300 series stainless steel top. A 12-inch deep nylon cutting board provides an efficient workspace at the rail to keep your line moving.
Built for daily performance, it features stainless steel front and sides, a galvanized steel case back, and a cleanable aluminum interior. Side-mounted refrigeration with a 1/3 HP system and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant delivers dependable cooling, while a hot gas condensate evaporator manages moisture automatically. Materials and layout support fast wipe-downs between rushes.
