Built for busy production lines, the Continental RA60N12 refrigerated base sandwich unit keeps ingredients organized and within reach. Its 60-inch top accommodates twelve 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans, while the 12-inch-deep nylon cutting board provides a stable prep surface. Deploy it as the centerpiece of a sandwich / salad prep table to streamline made-to-order service.
Rugged materials stand up to daily use: a 300 series stainless steel top, stainless steel front and sides, galvanized steel case back, and an aluminum interior. Two full-height and one half-height, field rehingeable doors let you set door swing for your line and speed access to backups. Ideal for delis, cafés, and high-volume cafeteria stations.
An electronic controller with digital display lets staff verify temperatures and make quick adjustments. The side-mounted 1/3 HP refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and includes an expansion valve, hot gas condensate evaporator, and off-cycle
