This 60-inch refrigerated base organizes ingredients under a 300 series stainless Mighty top holding twelve 1/6-size, 4-inch pans, while a 10-inch nylon cutting board delivers a sturdy, sanitary prep surface.
Stage proteins, greens, and garnishes in drawer-and-door storage that accepts 12" x 20" hotel pans and 1/6 pans, then pivot smoothly from chop to assemble to plate. Built for busy delis, campus dining, and fast-casual lines, its stainless front and sides with a galvanized back and aluminum interior stand up to daily use.
