Stage (12) 1/6-size, 4"-deep pans under a durable 300 series stainless top and work directly on the 10" deep nylon cutting board. The side-mounted system and electronic controller with digital display help keep ingredients cold and within arm’s reach during peak periods.
Organize back-up storage behind (2) full and (1) half-height field rehingeable doors to fit your workflow. Stainless front and sides, an aluminum interior, and a galvanized case back stand up to daily use on the line.
