Streamline prep for sandwiches, salads, and grab-and-go programs with (2) full and (1) half-height field rehingeable doors that adapt to your layout. An electronic controller with digital display helps staff monitor holding temps at a glance.
Side-mounted, 1/3 HP refrigeration with an expansion valve and hot gas condensate evaporator supports reliable performance with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Built with stainless steel front and sides, a galvanized steel case back, and an aluminum interior, this unit is ready for line service in restaurants, delis, and commissaries.
