Its front-breathing, side-mounted system lets you slide it beneath counters and equipment stands in space-conscious kitchens.
Stage proteins, garnishes, or mise en place behind two full and one half-height doors, and rehinge in the field to match your line flow. Electronic controls and off cycle defrost help you dial in holding conditions and streamline routine maintenance.
Durable stainless steel exterior with an aluminum interior stands up to daily rushes, and eight plate casters on heavy-duty support plates make placement and cleaning straightforward. Powered by a 1/4 HP system using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, this base supports efficient kitchen workflows from prep to service.
