The Continental RA60SNBS-D shallow-depth worktop refrigerator streamlines prep on busy lines. A 60-inch 300 series stainless steel work top with 5-1/2-inch backsplash offers a sturdy, sanitary surface while the refrigerated base keeps ingredients within reach.
Configure storage to match your menu with two drawers sized for 12 x 20 x 6 pans, two narrow drawers for four 6 x 6 2/3 x 6 pans each, and a half-height field rehingeable door for bulk or odd-shaped items. Stage proteins, produce, and garnishes for a sauté station, sandwich line, or garde manger while using the top as a plating or small-equipment platform.
Electronic control, off cycle defrost, and side-mounted refrigeration support consistent performance during peak periods. Built for demanding kitchens, it features stainless steel front and ends, a galvanized rear and grill, an aluminum interior, a 1/4 HP system, and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, with cETLus, CE, and NSF certifications.
