The Continental RA60SNBS shallow-depth refrigerated base maximizes cold storage without crowding the line. Its 60-inch work surface with a 6-inch backsplash consolidates prep and plating right where cooks need it. Place it along busy cooklines to streamline mise en place and speed service.
This shallow-depth worktop refrigerator features a 300 series stainless steel work top, stainless front and ends, and a galvanized rear and grill. An aluminum interior eases cleaning and resists corrosion. Two full-height doors plus one half-height door are field rehingeable to adapt to your workflow.
Side-mounted refrigeration with a 1/4 HP compressor uses R290 refrigerant for efficient performance and service access. Electronic control and off-cycle defrost help maintain consistent temperatures while reducing maintenance. cETLus and NSF listings support code compliance in commercial kitchens.
