A 300 series stainless steel top holds ten 1/6-size, 4" deep pans, while the 12" deep nylon cutting board provides a generous work surface for assembling orders. Stage ingredients up top and keep backups below with a flexible base that combines four drawers and one half-height field rehingeable door. Each top drawer accommodates (1) 12" x 20" pan plus (3) 1/6 pans; each bottom drawer holds (2) 12" x 20" pans—perfect for high-volume lines, catering kitchens, and campus operations.
