The Continental RA68N12 refrigerated base keeps fast-moving make lines organized and on pace. At 68 inches wide, this sandwich prep table stages ingredients and tools exactly where chefs need them, reducing steps and boosting throughput on busy service lines. Its durable 300 series stainless top and stainless front and sides stand up to daily rushes in restaurants, delis, and campus dining.
Set up a clean, efficient workflow with the top holding twelve 1/6-size, 4-inch pans and a 12-inch deep nylon cutting board for rapid assembly. Two full and one half-height field rehingeable doors let you adapt door swing to your line layout, speeding restocking and minimizing traffic conflicts. Aluminum interior and galvanized case back provide a sturdy, work-ready build.
