The 68-inch work surface, built with a 300 series stainless steel Mighty top and a 10-inch deep nylon cutting board, keeps ingredients organized and within reach for rapid assembly. Twelve 1/6-size, 4-inch deep pans stage toppings for sandwiches, salads, and wraps.
Optimize workflow with four refrigerated drawers and a half-height field rehingeable door that adapt to changing layouts. Top drawers hold one 12" x 20" pan plus three 1/6 pans each, while bottom drawers accommodate two 12" x 20" pans each—ideal for proteins, backups, and bulk mise en place. An electronic control with digital display helps maintain consistent temperatures through service.
