Speed up service on sandwich, wrap, and salad stations using the durable 10-inch-deep nylon cutting board that doubles as a stable work surface. Two full and one half-height field rehingeable doors let teams configure access and restock from either side of the line to match your workflow.
Dial in performance with the electronic controller and digital display, while side-mounted refrigeration simplifies service access. A 1/3 HP system with R290 refrigerant, expansion valve, off-cycle defrost, and a hot gas condensate evaporator supports consistent operation.
