The Continental RA68N8 is a 68" refrigerated sandwich prep table designed for fast-paced production and clean presentation. A 300 series stainless steel top pairs with side-mounted, 1/3 HP refrigeration using R290 refrigerant to keep ingredients at the ready. Its 68-inch span anchors mid-line stations in delis, cafes, and commissaries.
Stage and assemble efficiently with eight 1/6-size x 4" deep pans and a 12" deep nylon cutting board. Store backups below behind two full and one half-height field rehingeable doors, allowing hinge changes to match your layout. This configuration supports make-to-order sandwiches, salads, and grab-and-go programs.
Fine-tune holding with an electronic controller and digital display, while off-cycle defrost helps maintain performance between rushes.
