Streamline your make-line with the Continental RA68SN10-D shallow-depth refrigerated base. At 68 inches wide, the 300 series stainless top organizes ten 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans for fast sandwich and salad assembly. A 10-inch-deep nylon cutting board provides a durable, sanitary prep surface.
Stage proteins, toppings, and sauces in four refrigerated drawers, each designed to hold one 12" x 20" x 6" pan (supplied by others), while a half-height, field-rehingeable door offers flexible access to stored ingredients. Side-mounted, 1/3 HP refrigeration with R290 and electronic control supports consistent temps with off-cycle defrost and a hot gas condensate evaporator.
Built for busy commercial kitchens, the stainless front and sides, galvanized case back, and aluminum interior balance durability with easy cleaning. Ideal for lines, delis, and cafes where every inch counts, this sandwich prep table helps boost throughput and presentation without increasing footprint.
