The 300 series stainless steel top houses (12) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans and a 10" deep nylon cutting board to speed assembly. Side-mounted refrigeration preserves aisle access and simplifies service.
Organize your mise en place with (4) refrigerated drawers that each fit (1) 12" x 20" x 6" pan (supplied by others), plus a half-height field rehingeable door for bulk items. Electronic controls hold set temperatures, while off cycle defrost and a hot gas condensate evaporator help reduce routine maintenance.
