The Continental RA68SN12 is a shallow-depth refrigerated sandwich unit designed to streamline line service in tight kitchens. At 68 inches wide, it stages ingredients within reach while preserving aisle space. Chefs can prep, assemble, and serve with speed during peak periods.
The 300 series stainless steel top holds twelve 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans, and the 10-inch-deep nylon cutting board provides a sturdy work surface for slicing and plating. Two full and one half-height field rehingeable doors let staff organize backups and access product fast. Side-mounted refrigeration keeps components serviceable without disrupting workflow.
Electronic controls maintain consistent performance with off-cycle defrost, while a hot gas condensate evaporator reduces maintenance. The 1/3 HP system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and pairs with stainless front and sides, a galvanized case back, and an aluminum interior built for daily duty.
