The Continental RA68SN8-D is a 68-inch, shallow-depth sandwich prep unit engineered to streamline fast-paced lines. A 300 series stainless steel top stages (8) 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans, while the 10-inch-deep nylon cutting board lets you assemble orders at the rail.
Organize cold storage with four refrigerated drawers that each accept one 12" x 20" x 6" pan (supplied by others), plus a half-height, field rehingeable door for flexible access. Durable stainless front and sides, a galvanized case back, and an aluminum interior stand up to daily service. NSF and cETLus listings support compliance in commercial kitchens.
Side-mounted refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP system with electronic control, off cycle defrost, and a hot gas condensate evaporator. Ideal for sandwich lines, delis, and cafeterias where aisle space is tight and throughput matters.
