Elevate line efficiency with the Continental RA68SNBS-D, a shallow-depth refrigerated base that doubles as a 68-inch worktop refrigerator. The 300 series stainless steel top with a 5-1/2" backsplash supports clean prep and shields adjacent walls. Side-mounted refrigeration using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/4 HP system keeps ingredients cold at the point of use.
Streamline mise en place with four drawers sized to hold one 12" x 20" x 6" pan each (pans supplied by others). A half-height, field-rehingeable door offers quick access to bulk items and odd-sized containers. Electronic control and off-cycle defrost simplify operation during busy service windows.
Built for daily use, it features stainless steel front and end panels, a galvanized rear and grill, and a durable aluminum interior.
