A 300 series stainless steel work top with a 6-inch backsplash contains splashes and supports daily prep. Two full-height and one half-height field rehingeable doors let you set door swing to match your workflow. Electronic controls and off cycle defrost support consistent performance through service.
Side-mounted refrigeration with a 1/4 HP system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Stainless front and ends, a galvanized rear and grill, and an aluminum interior balance durability and weight. Certified cETLus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® for professional kitchens.
