Streamline high-volume make lines with the Continental RA93N10-D refrigerated sandwich unit. Spanning 93 inches, it stages (10) 1/6-size x 4 inch pans on a 300 series stainless steel top while a 12 inch deep nylon cutting board supports fast assembly. Six drawers plus a half-height door keep backup ingredients organized and within reach for chefs and foodservice teams.
Built for busy kitchens, the unit features stainless steel front and sides, a galvanized steel case back, and an aluminum interior for lasting durability. Side-mounted 1/3 HP refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a hot gas condensate evaporator help maintain dependable performance. Electronic controls provide straightforward operation on the line.
Configure storage the way you work: each top drawer holds (1) 12 x 20 pan plus (3) 1/6 pans, while each bottom drawer holds (2) 12 x 20 pans. The field-rehingeable half-height door adds flexible bulk access for proteins, greens, or backup toppings
