Built for demanding make lines, the Continental RA93N10 refrigerated base sandwich unit maximizes speed and organization across busy shifts. The 93-inch footprint with side-mounted refrigeration fits along cooklines to keep ingredients cold and within easy reach.
A 300 series stainless steel top holds ten 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans, while the 12-inch-deep nylon cutting board creates a generous assembly zone for salads, wraps, and sandwiches. An electronic controller with digital display helps you manage holding conditions; off-cycle defrost and a hot gas condensate evaporator streamline upkeep.
Durable stainless front and sides, a galvanized case back, and an aluminum interior withstand daily wear. Three full and one half-height field rehingeable doors adapt to left- or right-hinged layouts as needed. Powered by a 1/3 HP system using R290 and an expansion valve, this sandwich prep table supports delis, cafeterias, and high-volume commissaries.
