Optimize high-volume assembly with the Continental RA93N12-D refrigerated base sandwich unit. The 93-inch worktop with a 300 series stainless steel top and a 12-inch deep nylon cutting board streamlines prep, while the rail holds twelve 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans for fast access to proteins, greens, and toppings.
Stage bulk ingredients in six refrigerated drawers: top drawers accommodate one 12" x 20" plus three 1/6 pans each, and bottom drawers hold two 12" x 20" pans each; a half-height field rehingeable door adds flexible storage. Configure efficient sandwich / salad prep table workflows for made-to-order lines, grab-and-go programs, or catering builds.
Maintain performance with side-mounted refrigeration, a 1/3 HP compressor, an expansion valve, hot gas condensate evaporator, and off-cycle defrost. Monitor and adjust via the electronic controller with digital display, and rely on durable stainless steel, galvanized, and aluminum construction for busy kitchens.
