Its 93-inch footprint supports a 300 series stainless steel (Mighty) top outfitted with twelve 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans and a 10-inch-deep nylon cutting board to keep ingredients visible and within reach. Ideal for busy prep lines, it helps chefs and operators maintain pace during rushes.
Organize backup storage efficiently with six refrigerated drawers: each top drawer holds one 12 in x 20 in pan plus three 1/6 pans, while each bottom drawer holds two 12 in x 20 in pans. A half-height, field rehingeable door provides quick access to bulk items or frequently used containers without disrupting workflow.
