A 93-inch worktop with a 10-inch nylon cutting board and a pan rail configured for thirty 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans keeps mise en place organized and within arm's reach. Side-mounted, 1/3 HP refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant maintains consistent temperatures and frees rear clearance.
Speed service with six refrigerated drawers plus a half-height, field rehingeable door that adapts to your line layout. Top drawers accept one 12 x 20 pan and three 1/6 pans each, while bottom drawers fit two 12 x 20 pans, giving you flexible storage for proteins, backups, or bulk prep.
