Built for demanding production lines, the Continental RA93N30M organizes high-volume sandwich prep with a spacious 93-inch refrigerated base and a 30-pan top. Keep ingredients at the ready in (30) 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans while the 10-inch-deep nylon cutting board supports efficient assembly from mise en place to plating.
Engineered for durability and cleanability, it features a 300 series stainless steel Mighty top, stainless steel front and sides, a galvanized steel case back, and an aluminum interior. Three full and one half-height field rehingeable doors give you flexible access, and an electronic controller with digital display simplifies temperature management alongside off-cycle defrost.
