Organize your line with six refrigerated drawers plus one half-height, field-rehingeable door for flexible storage. Top drawers each accommodate one 12" x 20" pan and three 1/6 pans; bottom drawers each hold two 12" x 20" pans—ideal for proteins, backups, or bulk mise en place.
