The 300 series stainless steel top holds eight 1/6-size, 4-inch deep pans for fast ingredient access, while the 12-inch deep nylon cutting board gives ample room to assemble sandwiches or salads. Three full-height and one half-height field rehingeable doors let you configure storage to match your menu and reload backup product without slowing service.
Constructed with a stainless steel front and sides, a galvanized steel case back, and an aluminum interior, this unit is engineered for daily commercial use. Side-mounted, 1/3 HP refrigeration with an expansion valve and R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant delivers dependable cold holding, and the hot gas condensate evaporator helps handle moisture in high-demand environments. Off cycle defrost supports routine operation without complicated procedures.
